1981 - 1983

The career of Robert Hands (Sleeping Beauty and Hay Fever 1982, The Witch's Revenge 1983) has spanned over thirty years, during which time he has played leading roles in film, television, and both classical and musical theatre in London’s West End.

His television appearances include Sharpe's Battle, Doctor Who, The House of Eliott, EastEnders, Casualty, Heartbeat and Endeavor. Films include Charlotte Gray, Anna and the King, and Shine. He played Sir Robin in the original London cast of Spamalot. He trained at the Bristol Old Vic theatre school.

He is currently appearing in Cabaret in the West End, playing Herr Schultz.
